Sign up, create a project and you get a board, a backlog and sprints straight away. Statuses, issue types and priorities have sensible defaults you can change later. Workflows start advisory, so nobody is blocked by a rule they did not ask for.
The views you actually use
A project has six tabs: Summary, Gantt, Backlog, Board, Calendar and Notes. Everything else, such as epics, releases, timesheets and settings, sits under More. The board is live, so a stand-up can happen around one shared screen that updates as people move cards.
Less clicking
Keyboard shortcuts cover the common moves: c creates an issue, g then b opens the backlog, and a command palette finds any issue or page. Issues open in a side panel, so you can edit several without leaving the board.
Grows with you
When you need more, it is already there: custom fields, automation rules, SLA policies, webhooks and API tokens. You turn them on when the team is ready, not on day one, and you never need to change tools again.
