A sprint retrospective is a meeting at the end of each sprint where the team reflects on how it worked and agrees on improvements for the next sprint.
The retrospective is about the process, not the product. Popular formats include Start, Stop, Continue and Mad, Sad, Glad. The goal is one or two concrete actions the team will actually take.
Running a good retro
- Make it safe to speak honestly.
- Collect notes silently first, then group and vote.
- Turn the top items into owned, visible actions.
Retros in Starlex
Use a Starlex whiteboard with sticky notes and dot voting, then turn actions into issues in the same project.
